Consent to Processing of Personal Data

I, the "Subject of Personal Data," in fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (as amended), freely, of my own will and in my interest, give my consent to the Administration of the Likehub service (hereinafter referred to as the Service, address: likehub.pro) for the automated, as well as non-automated processing of my personal data specified during registration by filling out the registration form on the likehub.pro website and its subdomains, filled out using the Service. 

This consent is given for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the Service Administration, other contracts directly provided for by the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, other agreements posted on the site pages, and their subsequent execution, participation in promotions, making decisions or performing other actions that generate legal consequences for me personally or other persons, as well as for receiving, processing requests, processing and receiving payments; informing about the status of the request, services of the Service through electronic and SMS, PUSH notifications; improving the quality of the Service; conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

This consent is granted in respect of any information directly or indirectly related to me, including (but not limited to): name, email address, contact phone number, and any other information related to me, available or known at any specific time to the Service. 

This consent is granted for carrying out any actions concerning personal data that are necessary or desirable to achieve the above purposes, including, without limitation: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as performing any other actions with my personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 

I acknowledge and confirm that if necessary to provide personal data to achieve the above purposes to a third party, the Service has the right to disclose information about me personally (including personal data) to such third parties and their authorized persons in the necessary volume for performing the above actions and to provide such persons with relevant documents containing such information. I also acknowledge and confirm that this consent is considered given to any third parties mentioned above, with the appropriate changes, and any such third parties have the right to process my personal data based on this consent. 

I acknowledge and confirm that for achieving the above purposes, as well as in the absence of other possibilities of obtaining information about me (including personal data), the Service has the right to request, receive such information from third parties in the necessary volume.

I acknowledge and agree that:

— this consent to the processing of personal data is provided from the moment of registration on the Site and is valid until its written withdrawal;

— written withdrawal must be sent personally by the subject of personal data to the email address help@likehub.pro.

I hereby give my consent and do not object to the Service or other persons on its behalf sending messages, including advertising or other information of a different nature to the email address or using other means of communication specified by me during registration on the Site.

I am familiar with and agree to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy regulating the processing of personal data of users of the Likehub Service and posted on the page likehub.pro/privacy-policy-en.html, the content of the mentioned documents is clear and understandable to me.
